Return Policy:

At ESRAA by Nishi Juneja, we pour our heart and soul into crafting each and every piece with unwavering attention, care, and devotion. Our utmost priority is to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, we have established a comprehensive return policy to address any concerns you may have regarding faulty, defective, or damaged products.

 Exchange Eligibility:

Our Exchange policy is applicable solely to items that are deemed faulty, defective, or damaged upon receipt. ESRAA by Nishi Juneja reserves the right to decline the return of any merchandise that does not meet our stringent internal quality control (QC) standards. We aim to deliver exceptional products to our valued customers, and this policy enables us to maintain our commitment to excellence.

Quality Assurance:

We adhere to strict quality checks at our studio to ensure that each product is meticulously crafted to meet the highest standards. However, if, despite our diligent efforts, you receive an item that is faulty or defective, we kindly request that you notify us within 2 days of receiving the package. Please understand that we are unable to entertain any return or exchange requests submitted after this 2-day window has elapsed.
 

Refund Policy  ;

We do not do payment refunds, However a store credit note will be issued of the same amount valid for 6 months from the date of issue.  Refund not aplicable on customised products.

 Exchange Process:

In the event of a valid exchange request, we will process the transaction in the form of a store credit. This credit will enable you to select an alternative item from our online store that meets your preferences and requirements. We believe this solution offers the flexibility and convenience you deserve while ensuring your satisfaction. The exchanged product will be delivered within 7 days of Shipping . Shipping time 10 - 15 days of reordering .

 Please note that the return/exchange process is subject to the following conditions:

  1.  Parcel opening video is mandatory .
  2. The item must be faulty, defective, or damaged upon receipt.
  3. The return or exchange request must be made within 2 days of receiving the package.
  4. The item must meet our internal quality control standards.
  5. Return courier charges will be borne by client/customer
